Miramar Urbanisation The Miramar Urbanisation is a small community of around 30 Quad Houses. It contains 2 lovely swimming pools which are open from April through to the end of October. Normally one of the pools is kept open throughout the winter for the use of 'Hardy' Scots! One of the pools is right behind 'Casa Cowie' and the other pool, less than a two minute walk, has a children's pool attached.

Pool 2, at the lower end of the Urbanisation A key is provided in the property to allow access to the pools. Less than 200 metres away there is a small selection of shops - Supermarket, Newsagents, Launderette, Hairdressers, Ironmongers, Car Hire and 3 Bar/Restaurants. Beside the shops is the bus stop for the bus going into Torrevieja town centre, which also passes some of the numerous beaches that are within easy reach. It runs every hour at 1/2 past the hour until 12:30am in the summer, and 10:30 pm in the Winter. The bus costs 1 Euro for any length of journey. Details of other nearby bars & restaurants are shown in the hand book provided in the house.
